Mezzo-soprano Lorena Tosoni has sung extensively in her 15-year career and is well known and sought after as a solo vocalist. She has completed her Grade 10 Vocal at the Royal Conservatory of Music, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University in Toronto.

Lorena’s recent engagements include Carmen, La Bohème, Magic Flute and Le Nozze di Figaro with Opera York and Brampton Lyric Opera. She has also participated as a soloist with Opera BelCanto of South Simcoe.

She has studied voice under the tutelage of Margaret Rumney and David Varjabed. Her dream is to further her vocal studies in the Belcanto technique.
